All hunts, excluding cow elk hunts will include: a guide, lodging, meals, transportation while in the field, the skinning and caping and delivery of game to a meat processing plant. Cow elk hunts include a guide and assistance with game retrieval from the field, lodging and food are not included. Bull elk hunts are guided 1x1, mule deer hunts are guided 2x1 unless otherwise stated, cow elk hunts will be guided 3x1. State hunting licenses and animal tag fees, sales tax, taxidermy, meat processing, and airport transportation are NOT included in the price of the hunt. Absolutely no illegal drugs or excessive use of alcohol will be allowed. A wounded animal is considered a kill. All efforts to recover that animal will be made and you may continue to hunt that animal, but no other animals will be allowed to be taken. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to book your hunt, and is due at the time of the Hunt Contract signing. Final payment is due by August 1st of the year of your hunt with credit/debit card, cash, check or money order mailed to: or Porcupine Adventures, Inc., P.O. Box 69, Paradise, UT 84328. All payments are non-refundable, but are transferable. *

Hunting is a strenuous activity that requires stamina and good conditioning with the use of weapons such as firearms and bows. These can produce injury. The hunter recognizes ALL RISKS, which can arise during hunting, and holds harmless, forgives and releases and waives any claims, which he/she may have during this hunt with Porcupine Adventures, Inc., or any other authorized representative of Porcupine Adventures, Inc. From time to time in our modern society, disputes arise and the hunter agrees that Utah law shall govern this contract and the legal obligations of Porcupine Adventures or any other representative of Porcupine Adventures, Inc. The hunter also agrees that the District Court of Cache County, Utah shall be the exclusive and soul venue for all suits that may arise out of any disputes concerning this contract and the services provided by Porcupine Adventures, Inc., or any other authorized representative of Porcupine Adventures, Inc. In the event a suit is filed, the prevailing party shall be entitled to their attorney fees. Porcupine Adventures, Inc., and/or any authorized representative of Porcupine Adventures, Inc., will use their best knowledge, expertise and efforts to provide the best Outfitter/Guide Services possible. We do not guarantee conditions beyond our control, such as fire, weather, interference from other hunters and non-hunters, or the availability of game. The hunter agrees and accepts these terms. The hunter authorizes Porcupine Adventures, Inc., to use any photos of the hunter and/or game animals for promotional purposes. *
